You will need to schedule an editing session HERE with at least 1 business day advance for the team to schedule an editor for you. Once scheduled we will confirm your order once we receive your files with an estimated turn time of 2 hours.

We recommend using Dropbox and sharing a folder with our team using info@evolveedits.com. Use your studio name as the folder name and create to subfolders inside, “toEvolve” & “fromEvolve”. For each session, create a folder inside the toEvolve folder and upload files.

For one off orders, you can use http://www.wetransfer.com and send to info@evolveedits.com.

Yes of course, we can always do a speed test with your test order to determine the best way to send files. We do not recommend smart previews nor do we want low resolution JPGs. For best results we recommend raw files.
